[For Int'l Students Only] 2020 퀴즈 온 코리아 (Quiz on Korea)

외교부와 한국방송공사(KBS)는 외국인을 대상으로 우리나라에 대한 올바른 지식을 제공하고, 우리나라에 대한 관심도를 확대하기 위해 2012년부터 '퀴즈 온 코리아(Quiz on Korea'를 개최하고 있습니다. 올해는 국내 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 「2020 퀴즈 온 코리아 (Quiz on Korea)」를 개최하고자 합니다. 아래 내용과 붙임 문서를 확인해주시길 바랍니다.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Korean Broadcast System(KBS) have been running 'Quiz on Korea' since 2012, in order to provide right knowledge about South Korea and to increase interest in South Korea. This year, '2020 Quiz on Korea' will be held targetted on International Students in universities and graduate schools in South Korea. Please refer to the following informaiton and attached pictures.

Eligibility: International students studying at universities located in South Korea

             (Universities of 2-year program or longer, Graduate schoolls, Exchange students)

            * Students of language schools/institutes are NOT eligible to join

            * Contestants and their immediate families are NOT of Korean nationality or ethnicity

            * EXCLUDING overseas Koreans and immediate family members who are Koreans that reside overseas

Schedule:

   - in June: preliminary round

   - in September: Korean culture experience tour

   - in September 12th: '2020 Quiz on Korea' Final round

   - in October: '2020 Quiz on Korea' broadcast

Prize: 1st place: 10,000,000 won

        2nd place: 4,000,000 won
